Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and immaculate environment? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Housekeeper to join our dedicated team and elevate our standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a small team of housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Provide training and mentorship to maintain high service standards.
- Schedule and coordinate daily tasks to meet the cleanliness and operational expectations of the property.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee rooms and common areas meet established cleanliness standards.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage and monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the timely replenishment of cleaning materials.
- Performance Optimization:
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Continuously seek ways to raise the overall guest experience through housekeeping services.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
