CANCELLATION POLICY
As with all holiday bookings we advise you to take out travel insurance to cover your costs should you need to cancel. A small Bed and Breakfast, such as ours, is clearly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy. If a guest requires to cancel a reservation for any reason, they must notify the proprietors by telephone and confirm it in writing. The proprietors shall then attempt to re-book the room but if unsuccessful, the guest will not be entitled to a refund of any deposit paid and the following will apply:-

Well behaved pets are welcome in our self-catering accommodation. There is a small additional fee for this service, currently £30.00 per stay, per pet. Maximum 2 per cottage.

25% of total booking required to secure accommodation.
For bookings made 6 weeks or more in advance, the booking for a holiday will be effective when a deposit of at least 25% of the holiday price has been received by Glenview Luss. Please note, that we do not take provisional bookings or allow “holds” on properties. For bookings made for a holiday less than 6 weeks away, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
